The Christmas Story

Today I thought I would share a video of the Christmas Story, as told by some of the children in our Kids Church.
Rob showed this at church on Sunday, and it was a huge hit. It may not be as ‘polished’ as the other cute nativity videos that are being circulated around Facebook and the blogosphere at the moment, but I love it. And of course I think my hubby and his team of leaders did a fantastic job of putting it all together (especially Joanna, who edited the video).

I couldn’t help noticing that my boys seem so grown up compared with the littlies. It doesn’t feel like that long ago that they were toddlers, dressing up as shepherds for the nativity play.
I love how Tyler uses his “deep voice” whenever he talks. And how Ethan describes the gifts from the wise men as “Gold, something-or-other, and something-or-other”. I was sure he knew the Christmas story pretty well, but obviously I need to remind him about some bits!
