Mother’s Day and sneak peeks

I hope all the mums out there had a good day yesterday!
How was my Mother’s Day? It was really nice. 
I didn’t get to sleep in, because we all had to get ready for church. But before I got out of bed, the boys came in and gave me a lovely card and a present (the new Lee Child book), followed by breakfast in bed. Ethan had written in the card: “from Ethan and Tyler, we love you.”
We had our special Mother’s Day cafe service at church, which went really well.
After church, my parents, sister and Grandma came here for lunch, and we gave Mum and Grandma their presents.
Later in the afternoon, Rob played with the boys for a couple of hours while I lay on my bed and read my new book. Then he cooked a delicious dinner for us all.
A pretty perfect day, really!
In other news … I scrapped all day on Saturday! Rob took the boys fishing in the morning and then took them to the park in the afternoon, while I played with the new kit from Scrapbook Essentials .

It’s funny that you refer to Mother’s Day as yesterday.

Your mothers day sounds lovely … esp that part about lying down with a book. You will have to tell me if its worth reading.
